Great campaigns begin with a bang! DfR´s campaign for Southport has yielded results right out of the starting gate. We began by creating an elegant, distinctive identity befitting ParkLane Homes´ exclusive collection of seaside-inspired single family homes along the Nicomekl River in South Surrey, BC. Then, we made sure it got noticed. The initial collateral pieces drove people to the Southport website, helping build ParkLane´s online database of prospects well before opening day. We wanted our marketing campaign for Southport to get off to a strong start in a short period of time – and the team at Design for Real Estate delivered! The onsite signage and print ads really encapsulated "the dream" of waterfront living at Southport, and has resulted in a significant number of registrations and interested buyers already.
