| The project’s name, Sakura, is Japanese for ‘cherry blossom’ and offered a strong visual metaphor for the exquisite beauty of the upscale two-bedroom apartment homes in the South Granville area. Incorporating a single pink cherry blossom image in the otherwise clean and minimalist collateral created a distinctive and memorable motif. DfR further cultivated the Japanese theme with an evocative haiku that anchored the brochure, and an origami-inspired direct mail piece that opened like petals of a flower. |

For this campaign, the Presentation Centre required a boutique-caliber window display and interior design as it was located along Granville Street’s chic shopping stroll. DfR partnered with a company known for its movie-set floral work to create a stunning floor-to-ceiling cherry tree that attracted both passers-by and potential buyers. Across all elements, the campaign was elegant and refined, like Sakura itself, and garnered the praise of client Polygon and the interest of an affluent clientele. |
