| Collage, a collection of two-bedroom apartment homes in a convenient Burnaby location, confronted precisely this challenge. BC home builders Polygon knew DfR had the team and know-how necessary to create a compelling identity for Collage and elevate its market profile to get sales rolling. One of Collage’s unique features was an expansive private courtyard for residents. An outdoor space of this size is not typical in the heart of an urban community. Our client, Polygon, thought the creative hit the mark by uniting the urban location, the green space, and the features of the homes themselves. The theme of ‘Collage’ was communicated as a unique combination of elements coming together to create something fresh and original.
