| DfR drew upon Foundry’s industrial-era origins to unite the campaign stylistically. A palette of gray, brown, and silver, architectural-style drawings, and foil stamping recalled the area’s trades history. To convey the idea of “old” meets “new”, the brochure paired these elements with modern details such as vibrant photos, magazine-style layouts, and contrasting glossy and matte finishes. The city’s sustainable area plan and Foundry’s green building initiatives complemented one another well, and were integrated in the copy and highlighted with natural imagery. Centre that garnered high praise from both Polygon’s Chairman and President & CEO. The DfR team collaborated with Polygon’s Interior Design experts to convert a bleak industrial space into a bright contemporary gallery complete with exterior and interior banner flags, eye-catching wall treatments, and hand-painted area plan. Impressive opening weekend sales confirmed that the collateral and Presentation Centre had effectively showcased the potential of the offering and the vision for the neighbourhood. Polygon was pleased to see that the city homes sold out immediately and dozens of apartment homes were spoken for on the spot.
