A bold visual statement was required and DfR designers responded with images of flowing red satin, beams of light, and a dramatic night sky to play off the name ‘Brava’ and serve as foundation for the next two towers that would continue the outdoor performance theme under the names ‘Encore’ |

and ‘Ovation’. The overall campaign encouraged potential pre-sales buyers to ‘Celebrate the height of luxury living’ anchored by a unique sales centre and impressive external signage. With over 30 units of the luxurious hi-rise tower pre-sold at an exclusive VIP-only event, the success of Brava was assured, serving as the cornerstone of Intergulf’s revitalization of the area.
